Effective Date: March 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how IntuVision Limited ("IntuVision", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Data when you visit our website, interact with us, or use the VisionBuilder Platform, VisionBuilder Mobile Application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services or engaging with us, you acknowledge the practices described here. We are committed to handling your Personal Data responsibly and in line with applicable privacy and data protection laws wherever we operate. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our VisionBuilder Platform Terms and Conditions (our "Terms"), available at https://intuvision.co/terms-and-conditions.

What Is Covered by This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle Personal Data when operating our website and providing our Services. "Personal Data" means any information that identifies you or could be used to identify you as an individual.

Where our Services are used by an organisation or individual ("Customer"), some Personal Data handled through the Services, such as information about the Customer's personnel, representatives, or other individuals, may be managed by that Customer. In those cases, the Customer is responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws in relation to that data, and we handle it in accordance with our Terms and the Customer's instructions. If you have questions about how a particular Customer handles your Personal Data, or if you wish to exercise any privacy rights, please reach out to the relevant Customer first. If you are unable to get a satisfactory response, you are welcome to contact us at info@intuvision.co.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of other companies or individuals that we do not own, control, or manage.

Personal Data We Collect

We collect different types of Personal Data, including, for example, the following:

  • Profile or Contact Data: We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, job title, and the company or organisation you represent. We use this to deliver our Services, manage your account, respond to your questions, and keep you informed about what we offer.
  • Online Identifiers: We may collect unique identifiers such as usernames, passwords, and hashed emails, which help us verify your identity and keep your account secure.
  • Device/IP Data: We may collect information about your device, including your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser.
  • Web Analytics Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our website, such as referring webpages, non-identifiable request IDs, and browsing statistics.
  • Geolocation Data: We may collect GPS and location data from your device or from Capture Devices used with the Services, so we can provide location-based features and link captured data to specific project sites.
  • Sensory Data: We may collect photos, videos, or recordings of your environment as needed to deliver our Services.

We collect Personal Data in a number of ways, including, for example, the following:

  • Information You Provide: You may share Personal Data with us directly when you create an account, use our Services, fill in forms or surveys, or get in touch with us.
  • Information from Third Parties: We may receive Personal Data about you from third-party vendors, such as analytics providers, marketing partners, or other service providers.
  • Information Collected Automatically: Some information is collected automatically when you use our Services, including through cookies and similar technologies, as well as device and location data.
  • Incidentally Captured Personal Data: When our Services are in use, they may incidentally capture the Personal Data of people who are not direct users, such as workers, visitors, or others present at a site where the Services are deployed ("Incidentally Captured Data"). Where this happens, the Customer that deployed the Services is responsible for making sure appropriate notices are provided to those individuals in accordance with applicable law. We handle Incidentally Captured Data only in accordance with our Terms and the relevant Customer's instructions, and do not use it for any other purpose. This data is kept only for as long as necessary and is deleted in line with our Terms. If you think your Personal Data may have been incidentally captured through the Services, please contact the relevant Customer first. Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data with certain third parties, such as those described below. We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Data and to handle it in accordance with applicable laws. We only allow third-party service providers to use your Personal Data for the specific purposes we have agreed with them.

  • Service Providers. We may work with other companies and individuals to perform tasks on our behalf and deliver our Services to you, for example, hosting and technology providers, security consultants, customer service vendors, fulfilment providers, and payment processors. Unless we tell you otherwise, these service providers do not have any right to use your Personal Data beyond what is needed to assist us.
  • Advertising Partners. We may partner with third parties who help us market our services and share offers that may be relevant to you, such as ad networks and marketing providers.
  • Analytics Partners. We may work with partners who help us understand how users find and interact with our Services, so we can continue to improve your experience.
  • Business Partners. We may share Personal Data with strategic partners who help us provide the Services or who offer products or services that complement ours, including through joint offerings or integrations.
  • Parties You Authorize, Access or Authenticate. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that you choose to access through the Services.

We may be required to disclose Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet law enforcement requirements, or to comply with a subpoena or other legal process. We may also disclose Personal Data where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of you or others, to investigate or prevent fraud, or to respond to a request from a governmental authority.

If IntuVision is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of its assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will let you know about any such change in ownership or control and will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any successor is bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect and use anonymised data, meaning aggregated, de-identified, or anonymised information derived from your Personal Data that does not and cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual ("Anonymised Data"), for any lawful business purpose, including to analyse and improve our Services. Anonymised Data is not Personal Data, and we may share it with third parties without restriction.

Data Transfers

We operate globally, which means your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including through third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. Where this happens, we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your Personal Data is afforded a level of protection consistent with applicable law, which may include entering into contractual arrangements with the relevant recipients or relying on their certifications, policies, or other assurances regarding data protection. That said, we cannot warrant or guarantee that the laws or practices of every jurisdiction will provide the same level of protection as those in your country of residence. By using the Services or providing Personal Data to us, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

Cookies and Other Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to help provide, protect, and improve our Services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website or use our Services. They help us understand how you use our Services, remember your preferences, and make your experience better. We may also use information from third parties that have placed cookies on your device.

You can choose whether to accept cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you turn off cookies or decide how to handle each new cookie. You can also delete cookies that are already on your device, though if you do, you may need to adjust some preferences each time you visit our website, and some features may not work as expected.

Direct Marketing

We may use your Personal Data to tell you about IntuVision's products and services through direct marketing. Where we use business contact information, such as your name, job title, and business email address or phone number collected during our business dealings with you, we do so based on our legitimate business interest in marketing our Services to businesses and professionals, in line with applicable law. In all other cases, we will ask for your consent before using your Personal Data for direct marketing.

You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time, free of charge, by contacting us at info@intuvision.co with your name and a request to opt out. Once we receive your request, we will stop using your Personal Data for direct marketing within a reasonable period.

Protection of Personal Data

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously. We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your information. However, no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing it electronically is completely secure, and we cannot warrant or guarantee absolute security. IntuVision shall not be liable for any security incident, breach, or loss of Personal Data caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or your own failure to maintain adequate security practices.

We keep your Personal Data only for as long as we need it for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law. Personal Data handled in connection with a Customer's use of the Services is retained in accordance with our Terms and the relevant Customer's instructions. After a Customer relationship ends, Customer Content and associated Personal Data will be available for export during the period set out in our Terms, after which it may be permanently deleted. Once Personal Data has been anonymised or aggregated so that it no longer identifies anyone, it is no longer Personal Data and may be kept and used by IntuVision for business purposes without time limitation.

Children and Personal Data

Our Services are not designed for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use our Services or share any Personal Data with us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16, we will promptly take steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 16 may have provided us with Personal Data, please let us know at info@intuvision.co.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights over the Personal Data we hold about you. These may include the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your Personal Data, the right to object to or restrict certain uses, and the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch with us at info@intuvision.co. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. In certain circumstances, a reasonable fee may apply to data access requests.

Where your Personal Data has been handled by us as part of providing the Services to a Customer, for example, because your image or information was captured through the Services, please contact the relevant Customer first, as they are responsible for their own privacy practices in relation to that data. If you are unable to get a satisfactory response, you are welcome to reach out to us at info@intuvision.co and we will use reasonable efforts to help within the scope of our role.

Your continued use of the Services after any update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
